Sunday School

Learn more about Jesus, scripture, truth, wisdom, and Christian living. Join us at 10am on Sunday and grow in Christ! “But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.” – 2 Peter 3:18

Bible Study

We believe in learning and growing in the knowledge of God each day. As a Christian, your daily walk with the Lord is vital to your personal spiritual growth, and we fully intend to obey God’s words in 1 Timothy 2:15 to help you become a “divider of truth”.

Soulwinning

Join us for some door-knocking and online Bible teaching as we take the Word of God to the world to spread the good news of salvation. Christ commanded his disciples to spread the Gospel to every creature – and that command still stands for Christians today.

Men’s Leadership

Men are called to be leaders, spiritually and physically. Setting a good example for younger Christians is crucial for God’s Kingdom. It’s also an important factor in personal and interpersonal growth. Men’s Leadership Meetings will resume sometime in 2023.

Prayer Meeting

We meet each Wednesday to call on God to help with the needs of those in trouble – this is a time to call on Christ to give us strength to keep moving forward for Him. We pray for our community, state, country, and for the many lost souls out there in need of salvation.

Discipleship

Discipleship is a 14-week, in-person program designed to help new believers learn the fundamental teachings of the Bible, as well as commit to following the example of Jesus Christ. Apply Christ’s teachings to your daily life – register for discipleship today!

WATCH LIVE

Sunday Morning & Evening

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The sermon was just what I needed to hear. What a blessing Grace Baptist Church was for me.

Barbara Segali

So many churches in America over-emphasize the material and not…a relationship with God. From the moment we walked in, we felt very welcomed. We were in the Word a majority of the time, singing hymns together from the song book. So glad to visit this gem of a church on Wednesday night service. Will definitely be returning whenever we’re in town.

I’ve met a couple of the members, they are really welcoming. The building just had new floors put in and the chapel is large and open.

– FAQs –

Yes, there are two congregations inhabiting our church building – (1) the English-speaking congregation (Grace Baptist Church), and (2) the Spanish-speaking congregation (Iglesia Bautista Fundamental de la Gracia). Each cooperates and coordinates with the other as one unified body in Christ to accomplish great things in the name of Jesus. 🙂

The short answer is “Yes” – with a few reservations. While we do appreciate and make use of every donated gift to the church, there are times when folks just want to “dump” their old things on the church without considering the physical and financial costs of storing them. If we do not have a means of storing or selling the items in question (i.e. clothing, furniture, tools, etc.), it is unlikely we will accept them. Food must be fresh or unexpired. Items donated must be lawfully owned by the donor. We’ll accept just about anything so long as we have a place to put it and it doesn’t pose any potential serious risk (e.g. stolen goods, expired food, etc.).

We are about 50 minutes from the southern tip of Zion National Park. If you’re just passing through (or staying for a bit) you won’t be far from some truly gorgeous views. We recommend going during early Spring, when the weather is fair and the mountains are still lightly capped with snow. It’s a truly magnificent sight to behold! Our Creator is a true artist!

You bet! There’s dozens of restaurant chains and privately-owned food franchises all over this area – including (but not limited to): Capriotti’s, Sonic, Carl’s Jr., Arby’s, IN-N-OUT Burger, Viva Chicken, Mad Pita Express, Royal Thai Cuisine, Durango’s Mexican Grill, Riggatti’s Wood Fired Pizza, Texas Roadhouse, Crumbl, Pizzeria Limone, Apollo Burger, Benja’s Thai & Sushi, and more…and much of it can be delivered directly through apps like “UberEats”. It’s a foodies’ paradise.

Technically, we do offer counseling to those in need – mostly relationship and financial counseling. The truth is, we have a fairly small congregation, and many of our members lead productive and labor-intensive lives. There just aren’t enough of us available on a consistent enough basis, and nowhere near enough who have the proper experience and training, to develop and maintain programs for drug addiction, alcoholism, rape victimhood, etc. However, there are a few relevant services available in the area, such as the Switchpoint Community Resource Center, which can offer some assistance. While we can’t offer a solution to every problem, we’ll do as much as we can for anyone who asks (within reason). Whether it’s food, clothing, moving help, career guidance, encouragement, finding and/or developing financial resources, relationship advice, or whatever else…we’ll do what we can to assist you.
